Russia’s FM Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry had a phone call today, Russia’s MFA reports.
During the talk, the incident related to the Russian plane downed by Turkey was discussed.
Lavrov told Kerry that the actions of Turkey were in gross violation of the agreement between Moscow and Washington on the zone of air security above Syria, where the two countries are carrying out independent air campaigns.
