Over the last 8 months, ISIS has sold Iraqi oil and gas in Turkey's “black market” for $800 million. The former national security adviser of Iraq Mowaffak Baqer al-Rubaie said the aforementioned, RIA Novosti reports.
“Sale of Iraqi oil and gas took place in Turkey's “black market” for $800 million, which is 50 percent of gas and oil prices in the global market,” al-Rubaie said.
He also called these sales “oxygen, which feeds ISIS.”
