President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the measures of ensuring Russia's national security and application of special economic measures against Turkey, Kremlin press-service reports.

“President of Russia V. V. Putin signed a decree on measures of ensuring  the national security of the Russian Federation from criminal and other illegal actions and application of special economic measures against the Republic of Turkey,” the statement reads, RIA Novosti reports.
