World-renowned French Armenian singer, songwriter, actor, public activist, and diplomat Charles Aznavour (born Shahnour Vaghinag Aznavourian) is planning to perform next year in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Alliance Francaise in Dubai announced that he will perform on February 12, 2016, at Dubai World Trade Centre, Gulf News reported. The event is part of the Dubai Classics season.

But due to an acute illness Aznavour, 91, last week rescheduled two Amsterdam concerts to late January.
