YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 482.81/$1 in Armenia on Monday; this is up by AMD 0.89 from the previous business day in the country.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 510.86 (up by AMD 0.84), that of one British pound was AMD 724.65 (down by AMD 0.01), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.26 (down by AMD 0.01), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.
In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 219.03, AMD 16,413.7 and AMD 12,837.27, respectively.
The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Monday.
