Referendum e-voting on the constitutional amendments in Armenia has finished today at 8:00 pm, the representatives of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
The voting started on November 27 at 8:00 am Yerevan time.
The referendum on constitutional amendments will take place on December 6. Pursuant to the new draft Constitution, the country will make a transition from a semi-presidential to a parliamentary system of governance.
