YEREVAN. – As of 2pm, a total of 24.26 percent of the total number of voters, have cast their ballots in Sunday’s referendum on constitutional amendments in Armenia.
Member of the Central Electoral Commission, Seyran Shahsuvaryan, informed the abovementioned.
The voter turnout was 196,596 people, or 23.24 percent, in capital city Yerevan.
