The Turkish foreign office stated it has no intention to appeal against the European Court’s verdict on the Hrant Dink murder case.

Turkey will carry out relevant work in conformity with the verdict and take necessary measures to prevent such incidents in the future, says the statement.

On September 14, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg returned a verdict on the Hrant Dink murder case and found Turkey guilty of violating five points of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
