STEPANAKERT. – Baku continues to artificially maintain tension on the negotiating table and along the frontline, alike.

From late Friday night to early Saturday morning, vanguard units of the Azerbaijani armed forces fired with rifle weaponry, mortars, and reactive rocket propelled howitzers, along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, reported the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ministry of Defense (NKR MOD).

After the actions taken by the NKR Defense Army, however, the “activeness” by the adversary was suppressed.

The Armenian military units continue fully commanding the operational situation along the frontline and confidently carrying out their military task.
