Georgia’s former President Mikheil Saakashvili, who is now Governor of Odessa Oblast (province) of Ukraine, ousted the representative of the Ukrainian Security Council (SBU), during the Odessa Economic Development Council meeting.

Saakashvili made such a decision because he was offended that Serhiy Batrakov, head of the SBU office in Odessa, had not attended this talk.

According to the Ukrainian media, Batrakov had sent someone else in his stead to this meeting, and this was not to Saakashvili’s liking.

He asked why Batrakov was not in attendance, and the response was that he was “at work.”

“Leave the meeting!” Mikheil Saakashvili shouted, addressing the SBU representative. “Batrakov should be here. Who is he to boycott us? There are no untouchables here. I’ll give you a lesson!”
