Russian President Vladimir Putin is deeply concerned by the information regarding the resumption of military actions along the Line of Contact in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated the aforementioned, according to RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
“President Putin calls for immediate ceasefire and exercising restraint,” Peskov noted.
