STEPANAKERT. – In the early morning hours on Friday, the adversary continued violating, along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, the ceasefire agreement that was reached on Tuesday.
During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired more than 2,000 shots by way of rifle weaponry, and two mortar shells.
The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Ministry of Defense informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that most intensive ceasefire violations were recorded in the northerly (Talish village) direction of the zone of contact.
As a result, Armenian contract soldier, Private Hrach Muradyan, 33, was killed.
There are wounded.
