The Azerbaijanis should accept the fact that there were living Armenians in Karabakh and stop killing them, said Jack Porter, a researcher in Russian and Eurasian Studies Center, in an interview with Armenian News- NEWS.am.
"The Karabakh conflict is a political issue between Armenians and Azerbaijanis. It is indeed terrible that there are people brutally killed . Someone should resolve this conflict. International institutions, other countries should take steps in regard to this conflict. Turkey and Russia probably can help, but this issue, for sure, must be resolved , " said Jack Porter .
It is necessary to note that the situation on the Karabakh- Azerbaijani demarcation line has become tense since April 1.
