At a meeting in Hanover, the US President Barack Obama plans to discuss with presidents of Germany, Britain, France, and Italy, the possibility of using cyber weapons against the terrorist group Islamic State  , reports New York Times. According to the source, Obama 's plan is to " open a new front " in the struggle with the IS for the account of the weapons the US until recently " has used against Russia , China, Iran, and North Korea ."

The newspaper described the potential areas the cyber weapons’ application. As it says they can be used to introduce and inactivate the communication systems, block the transfer of money to the militants, and crash payments electronically.
