YEREVAN. – The scandal-causing material in connection with the Panama offshore transactions by Mihran Poghosyan, now former Head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Orders of the Republic of Armenia (RA), has been forwarded from the General Prosecutor’s Office to the Special Investigation Service (SIS), to determine the respective future process, according to Haykakan Zhamanak daily.

“In response to our question, this news was reported from the Department of Public Relations of the RA [General] Prosecutor’s Office,” the daily added.
