Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic; NKR) prepared for war for all these years, and it did not prepare badly, NKR Deputy Prime Minister Artur Aghabekyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“We prepared as much as the resources permitted,” he added.
As case in point, Aghabekyan noted the Karvachar motorway, which is in construction with the funds provided by the Hayastan [(Armenia)] All Armenian Fund.
“Had we not been prepared, the casualties would have been greater,” the NKR Deputy PM added.
