YEREVAN. - The recognition of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) must become one of the issues on Armenia’s agenda, Armenian MP Tevan Poghosyan said Thursday during the debate on the topic “Possible consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic recognition”.
In his words, it’s time for Armenia to make at least one step towards proving the world and the same Azerbaijan that we had a good reason when speaking about the inevitability of the NKR recognition in case of war.
“We must assure that we are actually serious about this and are ready to defend out interest through military means. And, if necessary, the next step will be political,” Poghosyan stressed.
