YEREVAN. - The Armenian diplomacy recorded a serious victory during the Visegrad Four Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Prague, the Armenian Parliament Deputy Speaker and Spokesperson for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Eduard Sharmazanov, told journalists after the RPA Executive Body meeting Thursday.

Moreover, Sharmazanov recalled the Russian song, reformulating it as ''Nalbandian vs.Mammadyarov: Five - Nil''.

The spokesperson also referred to the survey conducted by an American center in Azerbaijan, according to which Ilham Aliyev has a 96 percent popular support. ''I read and got surprised why he didn't get 100.  They appeared to be conscientious and wrote 96 percent,'' Sharmazanov said.

''This happens to totalitarian and authoritarian countries. They can ''beat'' 120 and 140 during the next surveys,'' he added.
