YEREVAN. – Becoming a member in the Council of Europe (CoE) was a huge and accountable step for Armenia.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Edward Nalbandian, noted about the aforesaid in his statement on the occasion of the fifteenth anniversary of Armenia’s joining the CoE.

Nalbandian added that the country’s effective long-term cooperation with the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) of the Council of Europe is also noteworthy.
