YEREVAN. - The statements of the Azerbaijani representatives on that Armenia has a mass destruction weapon is a lie and slander, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told journalists in the parliament Monday.
The Azerbaijani side should answer for the crimes committed in Nagorno-Karabakh, he stressed.
Referring to the accusation, Ohanyan said that the Armenian side is doing its best not to endanger the civilian population of the opposing side.
