Africa set a record for pizza delivery to the world's highest place. Pizza Hut employees could deliver pepperoni pizza to the 5.8 km summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. According to Kedem, the delivery was not made fast.

The pizzeria employees together with a guide overcame that distance in 4 days. The record was set on the occasion of opening a restaurant in Tanzania . Tanzania is the hundredth country where Pizza Hut open a restaurant.
