A driver’s license in the name of a citizen of Armenia was found in Azerbaijan. 

The document was found in capital city Baku, according to Minval.az news agency of the country.

The Azerbaijani law enforcement informed that Baku resident Ilkin Mamedov (born in 1979) had found a document belonging to an Armenian, in front of his house, reported Oxu.az news agency of Azerbaijan.

Mamedov handed this document to a police station.

It is reported that the document is a driver’s license in the name of Aleksandr Arakelyan, a citizen of Armenia, who is born in 1982, and which was issued on August 27, 2014, by the law enforcement authorities of Armenia.

The local Azerbaijani state security service was reported about the incident.

A respective investigation is underway.
