Businessman Mahesh Savani, who lives in Ahmedabad, India, received congratulations from her 472 “daughters” on Father’s Day.

These young women are his adopted daughters, who had lost their real fathers.

The businessman’s brother had died ten years ago, leaving behind two daughters. Subsequently, Savani decided to take care of not only his nieces, but other orphans. 

He financially supports, and also organizes lavish weddings for his adopted daughters.

Mahesh Savani’s family donates US$6,000 to each respective wedding.

A total of 216 such weddings have taken place so far this year alone.
