The countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) consider the possibility of obligatory psychological and pedagogical examination of the children's toys which have negative impact on the health and development of children, TASS reported. 

It is noted that changes will be made within Customs Union’s technical regulation of the safety of toys. According to developers of amendments , it will help solve the issue of restrictions on the production and sale of children's products that have negative impact on health and development of children and cause aggression and fear.

The developer is the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan. At the same time other countries of EEU supported undertaking of the Kazakh colleagues.

The main idea of the authors is that toys should go on sale if they comply with psychological and educational security criteria which are revealed during a relevant examination. In addition, toys which provoke the game plots connected with immorality and violence, causing unhealthy interest in sexual problems, as well those toys provoking scornful or negative attitude to race and physical defects of people, will be banned.
