YEREVAN. – The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan meet maintaining all the rules of diplomatic etiquette, in pillared palaces and glossy halls, and discuss the fate of the people who live under the threat of death every day, wrote 168 Zham newspaper.

“[But] in reality, all these meetings (…) are rather meetings where human life is only a tool to resolve regional and geopolitical problems.

“In reality, these meetings are meetings for war, especially when they are held in the territory of Russia and by the brokerage of [Russian President Vladimir] Putin, for whom war is the most preferable and profitable from all possible methods. 

“It is a matter of time whether the war in [early] April [which Azerbaijan had unleashed against Nagorno-Karabakh] will be repeated, or the matter of this war will be resolved within the framework of other arrangements. 

“Yesterday’s [i.e. Monday’s] meeting in Saint Petersburg[, Russia] will perhaps bring that time closer, or extend it for several months, wrote 168 Zham.
