Apple has decided to gives up changing the design of smartphones once in two years. Therefore, there will not be much changes this fall, reports the WSJ with a reference to other sources.
The new iPhone will have the same 4.7 and 5.5-inch screen. It will not have a connection point for the headphones, which will make it more thin and waterproof.
The headset will be connected by means of Lightning. According to the RNS, Apple plans to make more radical changes in 2017 on the occasion of iPhone's 10th anniversary. The upcoming changes will include OLED screen and Home button removal.
