Pope Francis is on his way to Yerevan for a three-day trip.
“Pontifex is on board and we're taxiing for take off #PopeInArmenia,” reporter Edward Pentin tweeted.

The aircraft is expected to land in Yerevan's Zvartnots airport at 1:00p.m. Following official welcoming ceremony Pope Francis will travel to Etchmiadzin.
