The adversary has started violating the ceasefire in different sections of the Contact Line between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, targeting the civilians working on the agricultural lands near the border.    

Such an incident was specifically recorded during the grain harvest in the area near Talish village at 2:10 pm Thursday. Fortunately nobody has been injured as a result.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Ministry urges the Azerbaijani side to refrain from provocative actions and not target the civilians involved in agricultural activities, otherwise the entire responsibility for the consequences will fall on the Azerbaijani military and political leadership.
