STEPANAKERT. – The Azerbaijani armed forces launched a sabotage and reconnaissance infiltration attempt, on Friday at around 3:20am, in an easterly (Akn) direction of the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army (NKR/Artsakh DA) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that, as a result of preventive actions taken by the Defense Army vanguard units, however, the adversary’s infiltration attempt failed.

The Azerbaijani armed forces, however, also violated the ceasefire in several directions, and by way of rifle weaponry.

But the NKR Defense Army vanguard units maintain full control over the frontline, and they continue confidently carrying out their military watch.
