YEREVAN. – Clashes between police and protesters broke out on Khorenatsi Street near the police headquarters that has been seized by an armed group since Sunday morning.
The protesters gave police a deadline demanding to solve the issue of providing food to Sasna Tsrer group that is holding hostages in the police station.
The protesters said they would take actions unless they get an answer from police.
After stones thrown by the protesters, police used stun grenades and tear gas to disperse the crowd. There are injured on both sides.
