Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu posted a greeting video to the participants of the gay pride parade in Jerusalem on Facebook, and also turned to the opponents of the event, encouraging them to be tolerant,  Newsru-Israel reported.

In a video message, the Prime Minister said that the participants of the parade defend the principle of equality of all human beings, the human right to choose a way of life, as well as everyone's right to dignity and security.

He noted that zthe gay parade in Jerusalem involved not only members of the LGBT community, and that it is carried out not for some certain group of people only. According to him, this procession is an event for all society. Netanyahu also stressed that the LGBT community members are an integral part of the society.
