YEREVAN. - The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin discussed with the US Ambassador to Russia John F. Tefft the situation in Syria and southeastern Ukraine, as well as the prospects for the Karabakh settlement, the Russian MFA reports.

The meeting, which took place at the request of Ambassador John F. Tefft, addressed the situation in Syria and the Caucasus, as well as the issues “linked with the conflict in southeastern Ukraine, prospects for the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement and other topical issues on the international agenda.”
