YEREVAN. - Chief traumatologist of the Armenian Health Ministry Vachagan Ayvazyan visited St Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center Saturday, where he got familiarized with the condition of those hospitalized after Friday clash.  

The traumatologist-orthopedist discussed the course of the treatment with the doctors, the Health Ministry press-service reports. Responding to the questions of the journalists, Ayvazyan noted that most of the wounded taken to hospital earlier that day, have suffered skin-deep wounds. A policeman who suffered gunshot wound in his abdominal region is in the most critical condition. He is currently in the intensive care unit of Yerevan’s Erebouni Medical Center.

As of 3:00 p.m., 48 wounded have been discharged from the medical institutions of Yerevan. 25 patients continue their treatment.
