YEREVAN. – A magnitude 5 earthquake with the epicenter in Azerbaijan was felt in Armenia on Monday morning, Armenian seismic protection service said.
The quake measured magnitude 6-7 at the epicenter.
The tremor was felt in the territory of Karabakh, in particular in Setepanakert, in Armenia’s Syunik Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik (3-4 manitude) regions as well as in Yerevan (2-3 magnitude).
