YEREVAN. -- If they are not speaking about territorial concessions in Azerbaijan, it is unclear why the Armenian side has to do it, Deoputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said.
Asked about compromise and expectations from the Armenian side, Kocharyan said that Azerbaijan does not menetion possible returning of the territories.
“I have never seen Azerbaijani media to ask about it. Why such questions have to be asked here?” he wonders.
