YEREVAN. - The Memorandum of Visa Waiver between Armenia and Iran signed on June 5 has come into effect on Thursday, the Armenian MFA press-service reports.  

Under the memorandum, the citizens of Armenia and Iran are freed from entry visas for no more than 90 days in a 180-day period, reads the official Facebook page of the Armenian MFA.

Thus, the citizens of the two countries can enter, travel by transit and visit the territory of the other side without entry visas for up to 90 days.
