An explosion hit near Belgium's National Institute of Criminology in Brussels on Monday.
The incident occurred at about 02.30 local time. As the agency reported quoting the Belgian media, a car in the parking lot near the laboratory was blown up after which there was a fire. The was no information on casualties.
