U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry got stuck in a traffic jam for two hours after an arrival to India.

 The reason of the traffic jam was heavy rains, Bloomberg News foreign policy reporter Nicholas Wadhams said.

“John Kerry stuck in traffic like everyone else on wet New Delhi night”, Wadhams tweeted.

After a while he specified that Kerry's way from the airport to the destination lasted two hours.
