YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received information, on Wednesday at 4:43am.
Accordingly, a traffic accident had occurred on the Noyemberyan-Ptghavan motorway, there was an affected person, and rescuers were needed.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.
It was found out that a car—with Vladimir Dallakyan, 28, behind the steering wheel—and a truck—with Georgian citizen Gaga D. behind its steering wheel—had crashed on the aforesaid road in Tavush Province.
As a result, the driver of the car had died on the spot.
The fire and rescue workers removed his body out of the car, and handed it over to the ambulance staff that was dispatched to the scene.
