The Chairman of the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party (APFP) Ali Karimli turned to the residents of Baku via his Facebook page, urging them to take to the streets on September 11 with anti-governmental and anti-constitutional slogans.

In his address, Karimli doesn’t conceal his intention to destabilize the situation in the country, haqqin.az reports.
