The South Korean Samsung company advises its customers to turn off their Galaxy Note 7 smartphones and exchange them as soon as possible, reports the RIA Novosti. The sales of Galaxy Note 7 began on August 19 in 10 countries. The media reported that Samsung will stop selling the Galaxy Note 7 due to battery explosion. Later, the company announced that it will exchange Galaxy Note 7 smartphones free of charge.
