YEREVAN. – Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, who is on a working visit in New York City, on Tuesday met with Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, James Warlick, and Pierre Andrieu as well as Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

The interlocutors reflected on the need to carry out the arrangements that were made at the summits, which were held in the Austrian capital city of Vienna and in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and which aim to push forward the peace process to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In addition, Nalbandian stressed that, for the past several months, Azerbaijan refuses to implement agreements that were reached at the aforesaid summits between the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents, and thus prevents the creation of conditions for achieving progress in the negotiation process.
