YEREVAN. - The newly-appointed Ambassador of Moldova to Armenia,  Ruslan Bolbocean (residence in Kiev), extended the copies of his credentials to the Deputy FM of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan on Thursday.

Congratulating Mr. Bolbocean on his appointment, Kocharyan expressed conviction that the Ambassador will contribute to the strengthening of the Armenian-Moldovan ties, the press-service of the Armenian MFA reports.  

Thanking for the reception, the Ambassador assured that he will exert maximum efforts to deepen the bilateral ties.

Apart from this, the sides discussed a number of issues on the agenda of bilateral ties, specifically those relating to the expansion of the legal framework, invigoration of the trade and economic cooperation and cultural interaction. The importance of enhancing the inter-parliamentary ties was also underscored.
