YEREVAN. – The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia has recorded ten cases of transportation of medical drugs in violation of customs rules.

Accordingly, the smugglers had hid around 4,000 tablets, 250 packages, and 100 kg of medical drugs.

The SRC officers discovered these illegal goods at the Bagratashen and Bavra customs checkpoints, on the border with Georgia.

These illegal goods were detected in the special secret compartments of several vehicles that were heading from Georgia to Armenia, and in the postal parcels that were sent to Armenia from various countries.
