The Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, on Tuesday delivered a presentation at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, in the US.

In his remarks, Nalbandian thoroughly presented the military aggression which Azerbaijan unleashed against Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), in early April, and the resultant situation. 

The acting FM of Armenia noted that this adventurism by Baku has caused much harm to the talks toward resolving the Karabakh conflict, and seriously undermined the respective peace process.

He added, however, that the Armenian party to this conflict, together with co-chairs of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group, are exerting efforts to surmount the consequences of this aggression.

Also, Edward Nalbandian responded to the questions posed by those in attendance.
