The US is on the verge of ceasing negotiations with Russia on Syria, announced John Kerry, US Secretary, reports the AP. He called such talks as irrational, considering Russia's positions. He said that Washington does not see a sign of seriousness on the part of Russia. Kerry said the United States will look for other alternatives some time later, but did not specify what he meant.
