The Russian and German Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier stressed the need for synchronization to ensure safety in Donbass, reports the Russian Foreign Ministry. The parties exchanged views on telephone on the implementation of the Minsk agreements aimed at resolving the domestic crisis.
