STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces around 20 times, from late Monday night to early Tuesday morning.
During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired more than 240 shots toward the Armenian position-holders, and by way of various caliber weapons, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In addition, the adversary fired 21 shots from sniper rifles, in a southerly direction of the line of contact.
But the NKR Defense Army vanguard units continue to be in command of the operational and tactical situation, and to confidently carry out the military task set before them.
