The EU will “keep all options open” to influence on Russia due to Russia’s actions in Syria, said the President of the European Council Donald Tusk, reports the BBC. According to him it is impossible not to talk about attacks in Aleppo on civilians and hospitals. The decisions have been taken, “the EU should keep all options open, including sanctions, if the crimes continue," Tusk said in Brussels ahead of the EU summit. Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte also announced that he would not support weakening of the sanctions against Russia.
