The police of Minneapolis will impose disciplinary penalty on two policemen who killed 24-year-old African-American Jamar Clark. The internal investigation found that the police officers did not violate any norm and acted within their powers. Inspections revealed that officers opened fire for self-defense purposes. Clark, who is suspected of an attack, tried to grab the weapon of one of them. The police reported that Clark was not handcuffed, when he was shot, reports the BBC.
